Order Cancellation Before Shipping

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase without any penalty.
• To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at admin@skyindustriesofgroup.com with your order number.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return (see our Return Policy).

Custom or Personalized Orders

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• If your custom order hasn’t been processed yet, cancellation may still be possible—contact us urgently.

Refusal of Delivery

• If you refuse delivery of an order without prior approval, the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Pre-Order Cancellations

• Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before the item is shipped.
• Once shipped, they are subject to our regular Return Policy.
